• All bets are considered valid once confirmed by the system and credited to your bet slip.
• Odds displayed are those at the time the bet is placed. Any subsequent changes to the odds do not affect already confirmed bets.

• Peluang88 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet deemed irregular or exceeding the limits set for a specific market.
• Accumulator bets (multi-leg) — each leg must have minimum odds of 1.20. Any leg that is cancelled or ends in a draw will be counted as odds of 1.00 in the accumulator calculation.
• The Cash Out feature allows players to settle a bet early before the match ends. The Cash Out value offered is at Peluang88's discretion based on the current state of the match.
• Any bet found to involve match-fixing or insider information will be voided without notice and the associated account will be closed.

08Account Closure & Suspension

Peluang88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• Player found to be holding more than one account.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
• There is activity indicating fraud, hacking, or system abuse.
• Player using automated software, bots, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Players found attempting to exploit technical errors or game glitches for personal gain.
• Player violates any part of this Agreement.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time via their account settings or by contacting the customer support team. Any valid cash balance (excluding bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the player once the KYC process has been fully completed.

09Peluang88 Liability Limit

Peluang88 maintains the highest technical standards for its platform; however, there are liability limitations that all members should be aware of:

10Amendment of Terms & Extended Policies
